So I"m going to try to earn a little extra pocket change and allow companies to advertise on my blog.
Do I feel a little cheap? I guess so.
Do I need to save some money from any source I can? Absolutely.
I even enrolled in this great "keep the change" program from my bank. Every time you use your debit card to make a purchase the bank rounds up the amount taken out of your checking. The difference (the change) gets placed in your savings account.
They match you 100% for the first 3 months and 5% thereafter. Isn't that sneaky little way to save money behind your own back!
