So tonight I used my Kitchenaid Mixer for the first time. Yes, I did register for it. I love to bake (although I really ought to stay away from eating all that I bake!), particularly bread.
I thought, what the heck, I'll register for it but no one will buy it for me.
Thanks Genie B. I love the thing. I made some things only I could love--super bran-bran muffins and oatmeal based scones. Yummy! I love granola food.

Jim LURVES his Kitchen Aid stand mixer...did you know you can buy an ice-cream maker attachment and bowl for it? Make ice cream for yourself and Paul with the fresh fruit that will be in the store soon. (Peaches don't work so well, but strawberries, blueberries and pomegranate juice...mmmm.)
