And the people speak!

I can't believe how close this primary race continues to be. It's fabulous and exciting and beautiful. Obama just makes so much sense to me. He wants people to be invested in themselves and this country in such a way that requires accountability, patriotism and passion. He is willing to admit that it will be hard to fix the things that are most important to his supporters and has pragmatic and realistic ideas.

I am inspired while in awe at his intelligence and great ability to speak. And I am not one to have blind faith. I have listened to him in debates, I have read his website and those of others. I am committed to this candidate via reason and passion!

I am excited to be a part of this historical time, no matter what happens!

And as always, I IMPLORE you (yes implore) to vote in the primaries, regardless of who you are supporting. This is our time to speak out and fight for change after the disastrous administration we just suffered through!

it is crazy, isn't it? i can't believe he's been sweeping. seriously, even last year at this time, who would have thunk it?
it makes me excited to hear him talk about sacrifices we need to make as citizens, and esp to young people, and not just say, "you go on your merry way and shop us out of the mess we're in." why has it taken so long for someone to tap into that message spoken 4 decades ago? in any case, i'm happy for the change in tide, but i am cautiously optimistic about "the change." people must stay focused and active about washington, to keep them accountable, to keep them on their toes to let them know that we're listening in. otherwise... let's hope that he will continue to inspire through november and then continue january on. i do hope that we will fundamentally change as a nation... is that too lofty of hope? :)
