Today disguised itself as spring. It was 70 degrees, sunny. Grasses are green, daffodils are blooming. All are tricked by the magic of a warm day in April. Ah, the illusion.
The 10 day forecast doesn't have us breaking 60 degrees. And--it's going to rain for many of those not so warm days. Oh, that's right! I live in a New England state. Near the ocean. Land of the N'oreaster both snow and rain.
But today gives me hope that spring (the whole two or three days of it) will soon be upon us and introduce quickly thereafter it's cousin summer. I can't wait to wear sandals, ditch the jacket and start riding my bike to work again.
Start shopping for sunblock everybody. It's almost time!
