Lovely Christmas

Even though Paul and I were on our own for Christmas we still made all the yummy goodies for Christmas dinner.  I tried to make a few things from scratch like the stuffing, pie crust and dinner rolls.  They turned out great!  But I learned a few things--

1)P does not like celery in his stuffing (he likes mushrooms, which I knew but forgot)

2) Our oven heats unevenly and one side of the pumpkin pie crust was burnt

3) Two people do not need a full batch of monkey bread for Christmas breakfast

We had a lot of fun :)
