Fanatical

I tend to not be too fanatical about things. I get excited about things, care about things but never consider myself fanatical.

Anywho, this past weekend I did something I never thought that I would. I went to the Boston Comic Con. That's right, I said it, I went to a comic book convention.

I have to admit I had a lot of fun. I now have a picture of myself drawn Manga style and I got to meet Ben Templesmith, an author and artist I love. He is super friendly, seems down to earth. I was pretty excited, a little bit shy to meet him. He did the artwork for 30 Days of Night which became a movie. He writes and illustrates some of his own stories and illustrates many others. I bought a copy of Dracula he illustrated and it is beautiful.

I am a dork. I know it. I'm proud of it!
