There are 9 women (including myself) in my fellowship program. The facilitator is also a woman. It makes for an interesting dynamic. They are all really intelligent and coming from such different places. It makes the experience interesting. I'm intimidated but forging ahead and commenting, speaking up and feel like I'm running into a lake sometimes. Hope there's no sudden drop.
Thus far we have had two classes and I feel like I know a lot about my peers in this group already. We spent a lot of time on the first day introducing one another. It seems a perfect blend of intelligence, compassion, backgrounds and motivation.
