Memories

Last night I watched a favorite movie from my childhood called Explorers (1985). It was fun to watch young Ethan Hawke and River Phoenix. It is about 3 young boys who discover this force field that allows them to travel to outer space. I loved this movie as a child. I definitely made my parents rent it multiple times.

Now I find it a little silly, a little boring, and more sexual than I recall. But I still felt a bit of the magic I felt watching it way back when.
